About this scholarship

The Ohio College Opportunity Grant (OCOG) provides need-based aid to Ohio resident undergraduates with a Student Aid Index of 3,750 or less and household income at or below $96,000. Maximum FY2027 awards are unchanged from FY2026: $4,000 at public institutions, $5,000 at private nonprofit institutions, and $2,000 at private for-profit institutions. Students must enroll at least quarter-time; awards are prorated by enrollment intensity and capped at ten full-time semesters. Eligibility is determined from the FAFSA.
