Oklahoma's Promise pays resident tuition at Oklahoma public colleges, universities and technology centers (and part of tuition at private Oklahoma colleges) for Oklahoma students who apply any time from grades 8-11 through December 31 of their senior year, before high school graduation. Family income must be at or below $60,000 (1-2 dependent children), $70,000 (3-4) or $80,000 (5 or more), with higher limits for children of long-serving Oklahoma public school teachers. Students must keep meeting academic and conduct requirements and file the FAFSA in college.
Renewal terms: Up to 5 years from start of college enrollment with continued GPA and conduct requirements.
