New York State residents enrolled full-time at an approved NY college, U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen, who file the FAFSA and the NYS TAP application, with NYS net taxable income of $125,000 or less for dependent students ($60,000 for married independent students with no dependents; $30,000 for single independent students with no dependents).
