Who's eligible
High school seniors graduating in spring of the application year who plan to attend an accredited U.S. college full-time. Must be U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, asylee, Cuban-Haitian entrant, or humanitarian parolee. Minimum 3.0 GPA.
