CollegeLens Feedback Round One Sweepstakes

1. Sponsor

The CollegeLens Feedback Round One Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by CollegeLens LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, 930 S 4th St, Ste 209 #6350, Las Vegas, Nevada 89101 ("Sponsor"). Questions about the Sweepstakes may be sent to support@collegelens.ai.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time on October 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time on October 30, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Online entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period are void. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 30, 2026 and received by November 6, 2026. Sponsor's computer is the official clock for online entries.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are seventeen (17) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Entrants who are seventeen (17), or who are otherwise under the age of majority in their state of residence, may enter only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, and must confirm that permission on the entry form. If such an entrant is selected as a potential winner, the parent or legal guardian must complete the verification steps in Section 7 on the entrant's behalf, and the prize will be awarded in the name of the parent or legal guardian for the benefit of the entrant.

Employees, contractors, officers and members of Sponsor, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each, are not eligible. Void outside the United States and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Anyone under seventeen (17) may complete the survey described in Section 4, and Sponsor welcomes their answers, but they are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes and will not be entered.

4. How to Enter

There are three ways to enter. Each has an equal chance of winning. No CollegeLens account is required for any method.

Method 1: Complete the entry form and the Feedback Round One survey. During the Sweepstakes Period, visit collegelens.ai/feedback and select "Take the survey." To be entered by this method you must (a) complete the entry form that appears, giving your first name, last name and a valid email address entered twice for confirmation, which is where the prize will be delivered if you win, (b) confirm on that form that you are seventeen (17) or older and a legal US resident and, if under the age of majority in your state, that you have a parent's or legal guardian's permission, and (c) then complete the survey you are taken to, including every question marked required. The entry is recorded when the form is submitted and becomes valid only when the survey is completed. Survey answers are not judged; completing the required questions is what qualifies the entry. A person who does not wish to enter may take the survey without completing the entry form.

Method 2: Online alternate entry, no survey required. During the Sweepstakes Period, visit collegelens.ai/feedback/enter and submit your first name, last name, a valid email address entered twice for confirmation, and the eligibility confirmations described in Method 1(c).

Method 3: Mail-in entry. Hand-print your first name, last name, mailing address, email address, date of birth and the words "CollegeLens Feedback Round One" on a plain 3 x 5 inch card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: CollegeLens LLC, Feedback Round One Sweepstakes, 930 S 4th St, Ste 209 #6350, Las Vegas, NV 89101. If the entrant is under the age of majority in their state, a parent or legal guardian must also print and sign their name on the card. One card per envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 30, 2026 and received by November 6, 2026. Mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries are void.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method. If a person submits more than one entry, the first eligible entry received will count and all later entries from that person will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or any automated means, and entries by any means other than those described above, are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, postage-due, misdirected or undeliverable entries, or for technical failures of any kind.

By entering, each entrant (or, for an entrant under the age of majority, the parent or legal guardian) agrees to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

5. Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded: a $500 Visa digital gift card. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $500.00. Total ARV of all prizes: $500.00.

The prize will be delivered electronically to the email address provided and confirmed with the winning entry (or, for a winner under the age of majority, to the parent or legal guardian's email address) within approximately fourteen (14) days after the winner is confirmed. The card is subject to the terms, conditions, expiration and any fees set by the card issuer, which are not controlled by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for a prize that cannot be delivered because the email address provided was entered incorrectly or is no longer in use. No cash substitution, transfer or assignment of the prize is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state and local taxes on the prize, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, from all three methods combined, on or about November 9, 2026, after the mail-in receipt deadline. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided with the entry within three (3) business days of the drawing. To claim the prize the potential winner (or the parent or legal guardian of a potential winner under the age of majority) must respond within five (5) days of the date the notification is sent, and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and, where lawful, a Publicity Release, within the time stated in the notification. Sponsor may request proof of age and residence.

If a potential winner does not respond within five (5) days, cannot be reached, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor may repeat this process up to three (3) times, after which the prize may go unawarded.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent (or, for a winner under the age of majority, the parent or legal guardian's consent) for Sponsor to publish the winner's first name, last initial and state of residence on collegelens.ai and in Sponsor's email communications in connection with this Sweepstakes, without further compensation.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes, including survey responses and entry details, is handled in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy at collegelens.ai/privacy. By entering, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, human error or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor. In that event Sponsor may award the prize in a random drawing from all eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant (or parent or legal guardian, as applicable) releases and holds harmless Sponsor, its members, officers, employees, contractors and agents (the "Released Parties") from any claim, loss or damage arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, network, postal or email failures of any kind; for interrupted or unavailable connections; for unauthorised human intervention; or for any error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.

12. Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any dispute arising out of the Sweepstakes or the prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada without regard to conflict of law principles. Any claim shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and in no event shall an entrant be entitled to attorneys' fees or to punitive, incidental or consequential damages.

13. Not Sponsored by Social Media Platforms

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram, Facebook), LinkedIn Corporation, TikTok, X Corp., Reddit, Inc., or any other social media platform on which it may be mentioned. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor, not to any platform.

14. Winner List and Official Rules

For the name of the winner, send an email with the subject line "Feedback Round One Winner" to support@collegelens.ai within sixty (60) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. These Official Rules are available at collegelens.ai/feedback/rules throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
